The new 7.62m NATO M5E1 rifle from Aero Precision is designed for strength and accuracy. The upper and lower receivers are made from 7075-T6 custom aluminum forgings with extensive parts compatibility between this and standard 5.56mm NATO AR rifles. The upper receiver also has the handguard mounting platform forged into it for the extreme rigidity of a monolithic upper.
