Based on the HK93 design but manufactured stateside, Century Arms’ C93, shown with a Vortex SPARC Red Dot sight, provides a unique opportunity for American gun enthusiasts.

Century International Arms has recently brought American shooters a hard-to-find classic. Its 5.56x45mm C93 rifle is the firm’s U.S.-made semi-auto version of the Heckler & Koch 33 rifle, complete with military 40-round magazine.

HK made a semi-auto version of the HK33 for import to the U.S. known as the HK93, which was supplied with now very hard-to-find 25-round magazines. A shortened, select-fire version, the HK53, was equipped with a collapsible stock and sold to U.S. law enforcement agencies.

However, quality doesn’t come cheap—plus U.S. laws have added scarcity to the mix, resulting in original HK rifles being priced out of the range of many shooters. Although non-sporting arms cannot be imported, they can be “made in the USA” from a mix of foreign and U.S. parts. This is where Century comes in to save the day.

Century includes a hard-to-find original bayonet with each of its C93 carbines.

The U.S.-made 16.25” barrel with a 1-in-9” twist rate is topped off with an original flash hider, thereby fulfilling the requirement of domestically manufactured parts.

Try using 5.56mm x45mm ammo. Like somehting from lake city federal stuff. Mine has issues with .223 but no issues with 5.56. Also, check that your end cap fits correctly (C93P – the pistol version) and that the lower is right up against the mag well. Mine also did not fit well and was off a bit. The fit/spacing of the lower/ FCG and bolt carrier is important!

My new c93 jams almost every shot I am using 223 ammo is there a difference between that and 556 nato

To Scharlene Ballard, I am looking also. Mag Pro makes them but I don’t recomend them. They take a lot of work to make them fit and stay in place properly.

Will the magazine for the HK 33, 43 and 93 work in my C93

Does any one make a generic 5.56mm tact rifle MAGAZINES that fits a C93 by Century Arms.
