    Agreed, Multicam needs to be the new standard. I wouldve gone without a raise this year to switch uniforms with the excess funds.

    I think the army didn’t go with multicam because of the price tag.

    I’m glad to see that Army is being open to modifications to the Army Combat Uniform. I have no idea who thought of the ACU uniform but I noticed when I was in the Army, the only time it blended in with anything was when it was looked at under NODs against a gravel road. This multi-cam needs to become the new Army Standard, not only in Afghanistan, but in Iraq and in Garrison as well. The ACU camo looks ridiculous.
