Defensive trainers extol the virtues of being able to change tactics or weapons at a moment’s notice. Survival experts believe those knowing something about almost everything have a better chance in survival situations. Obviously, some ideas about flexibility strike a positive chord with me.

Given parts, time and tools, virtually any shotgun can be converted to a different configuration. That’s not my idea of a practical and flexible firearm. It wasn’t Mossberg’s idea, either.
