U.S. losing battles in cyberspace

Last week, the Center for Strategic and International Studies report disclosed that nearly all of our defense departments have experienced intrusions by unknown foreign entities.  The computers within the departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security and Commerce are probed “hundreds of thousands of times each day,” an official at the State Department claims.  Not only are we just now realizing these attacks have happened, but the report compiled by the Center for Strategic and International Studies also came to the sobering conclusion that we are losing these cyberspace battles.
