The Advanced Armament 2008 Silencer Shoot was a huge success. On Saturdays September 20th, over 800 people made the pilgrimage to the Red Hill skirmish range in North Georgia for a day of all-silenced shooting. As with previous years, lots of prizes from a number of generous sponsors were given away over the course of the day. This year AAC raffled off a pair of custom, silenced rifles with all proceeds given to the Wounded Warrior program. Wounded Warrior gives assistance to our fighting men and women wounded in the fight to defend our country and freedom. With the help of a number of generous sponsors, AAC put together two stunning, silenced rifle systems that were raffled off Saturday afternoon. All told, the Wounded Warrior raffle raised $27,000 for this worthy cause.
