SAN FRANCISCO – Federal cybersecurity officials are trying to develop an early warning system that will alert authorities of incoming computer attacks.  Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff’s Tuesday speech at the RSA security conference was light on details about this and other initiatives, but Chertoff was insistent on focusing on the recruitment of private-industry security researchers to beef up the government’s cybersecurity.  For more details, click here and return back to comment.
