Lee Roy Maxwell picked up a rifle and fired three rounds at his girlfriend, but none of them hit her, deputies say.

When authorities arrived at Maxwell’s Dover home on Tuesday, they found the 31-year-old man, who admitted firing the gun.

They also found something a bit surprising in the ranch-style home: A cubby behind a trap door containing guns, space for a person and “enough water for a long stay.”

    This is a troubled indivual, he violates an injunction more than one and he is released from jail credit for time served. He knew caring a weapon was a violation of the injunction and firing it 3 times at some girl was him laughing at the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Dept.
