Changes to gun laws in Indiana to affect businesses and gun owners.

Recently Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed four bills into law pertaining to handguns.

Under current Indiana law, employees can be told whether or not they can keep guns in their cars at their place of business.

That’s going to change. Starting July 1, Hoosiers will be able to store guns in their private vehicles at their job without fear of penalty from their employers.

It will also be unnecessary for gun owners to have a permit on hand while transferring an unloaded handgun in their private vehicle.
