TOKYO — The Bush administration announced Thursday that it will be removing  North Korea from the State Department’s terrorist list and revoke the country’s status as part of the “axis of evil.”  The announcement was made after North Korea submitted a 60-page document explaining its nuclear power and weapons capabilities for outside review.  The declaration is seen as a step toward North Korea’s reintegration into the world community, making the impoverished country eligible for aid and supplies from the UN.
