MONTERREY, Mexico (Reuters) — Mexican drug traffickers built makeshift car bombs to attack anyone who would complicate their efforts to exchange illegal substances, including police officers, troops and rival smugglers, the police said.  Two car bombs wired to be detonated by cellphones were found in a safe house in the western Mexico city of Culiacán.  For more details on this, click here and return back to comment.
