SAN ANTONIO, Texas (CNN) — A history-making procedure was conducted on a wounded vet that could help him re-grow the finger he lost to a bomb attack in Baghdad last year.  Taking a cue from salamanders, doctors applied specially formulated powder to Army Sgt.
