Soldiers able to vote overseas via e-mail & Internet

WASHINGTON – U.S. Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan will be able to vote in the upcoming presidential election using e-mail and the Internet.  Communities in 13 states will send overseas troops election ballots by e-mail, and districts in at least seven states will also let them return completed ballots over the Internet, according to data compiled by The Associated Press and the Overseas Vote Foundation.  For more on this, click here and return back to comment.
