KABUL, Afghanistan — The Taliban’s newfound tenacity is raising alarm in Afghanistan, Washington and other NATO Capitals.  Nearly six years after being initially stripped of power and driven from their homes in Afghanistan, the Taliban are more reluctant now than ever to let American and British soldiers defeat them again.  This level of resilience is said to reflect the Taliban’s success in maintaining cohesive leadership and a continuous stream of recruits.
