Texas soldier arrested for “rudely displaying” Weapon (video)

I just got off the phone with Army Master Sergeant…

I just got off the phone with Army Master Sergeant C. J. Grisham, a serving American soldier and veteran of the the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, who recently was illegally disarmed by the Temple Police Department while out for a walk with his son.

“We live out in the country in Texas, near Temple,” he told me. “My son and I were on a ten-mile hike so that he could earn his hiking merit badge – it’s the last badge he needs to become an Eagle Scout.” But half way into the hike, Grisham said, “a police officer pulled up.” Initially, he was “cordial” and he “asked what we were doing.” Grisham told him. “Then he looked at my rifle. I carry a rifle any time I walk around because there are feral hogs and cougars and things like that.”

This bull s#!+ that makes cops like the assholes in the video think that they are above the laws that they inforce is down right bat shit crazy. They knew that they were in the wrong for arresting the sergeant for for doing nothing. It said he was charged for resisting arrest, but technically he wasn’t even under arrest they just had him in handcuffs. So how can he be charged with resisting when he wasn’t even under arrest. I hope the sergeant gets these two criminals that arrested him terminated for their wrong doing. And futhernore i think that they thought they could get an easy ar 15off of the sergeant for there own personal use. It would make sense when you think about it, a guy and his son in the middle of BFE noone around to see them take it. Then I think they changed their mind once the cops knew they were filming it. Im rooting for ya sergeant Grisham!
