WASHINGTON – Army Lt. Gen. James Dubik released the potential beginning withdrawal date from Iraq Wednesday.  “The ground forces will mostly be done by the middle of next year,” he said.  This could mean troops will begin leaving Iraq between April and August 2009.  For more information on this, click here and return back to comment.
