WASHINGTON– The White House has slowed the Army’s plans to overhaul its old contracting system.  The office of Management and Budget has denied service plans to add the five active-duty generals who would oversee purchasing and monitor contract performance in efforts to decrease fraud and the wasting of taxpayer money.  For more details on this, click here and return back to comment.
