Wright-Patterson AFB wants to privatize utilities, and initiate public-private partnerships to fund construction and joint ventures.

Wright-Patterson AFB is looking to privatize energy and utilities, and initiate more public-private partnerships to fund future construction and joint ventures at the Ohio military facility.
