Statistics have long told us to expect imperfect light conditions if and when the time comes that we must fight for our lives with guns in our hands. The firearms and accessory industries have given us the best tools that first responders have ever had for such situations.
We have glow-in-the-dark night sights. We have laser sights. We have attached white light units. We even have white light and laser units combined. We have passive night vision, although that’s more likely to be found with SWAT and special surveillance units than among first responders from Patrol Division.
