BEAR NECESSITY: Michael Stankiewicz of Black Bear Knives calls this model the “Woodsman.” The 3.75-inch CPM 154 stainless blade is available in both a conventional double-side grind or the maker’s “A.C.E” (Asymmetrical Cutting Edge) pattern.
