KELLY CARLSON TALON
Kelly Carlson of Carlson Knives says his Talon is his personal choice of pocketknives, and he uses and carries it every day at his shop and farm. Blade is 2.5 inches, D2, with stabilized stingray scales bonded to a carbon fiber frame. He has invented a process to form fit and stabilize leather, including stingray, which provides an exceptionally comfortable and secure grip and long-lasting wear. His other new blade is his Icicle, with a 3-inch Damasteel blade with a 14-k gold thumb stud and stabilized stingray scales over a titanium frame. Contact Kelly for prices. www.carlsonknives.com
