September 11 and the resulting wholesale expansion of our armed forces and homeland security personnel has made some of the outfits and companies that support our nation’s global war on terror a lot better known. Of course, these companies would have otherwise continued to provide world-class products and services to our nation’s warriors, but they would have remained known only within the confines of the community.

5c-vest.jpgOne of these companies that is getting much better known now is Tactical & Survival Specialties, a distributor of top-end gear to DOD entities, and more recently to domestic law enforcement and disaster relief organizations. TSSI’s specialty is being a one-stop shop for commercial off-the-shelf products to these outfits, with an emphasis on superior service and kitting ability.
