THE TWINS AT WORK
Twin Blades in Statesboro, Georgia, is a partnership born out of a love for knifemaking by twin brothers, Charlie and Harry Mathews. As collectors and users of handmade and custom knives for over 30 years, it was an easy step for these avid outdoor sportsmen to move from making knives as a hobby to full-time knifemaking. They are fast gaining a reputation for quality craftsmanship and durability. Their newest folder has a 3-inch blade of 1/8-inch-thick CPMS30V steel and black linen micarta handle scales with Damascus bolsters. Length is 7.5 inches open, 4.5 closed. They also have a new Fishing Set, first requested by offshore fishermen to have a sharp knife and pliers ready no matter what happens.  912-865-9098 or visit them at www.twinxblades.com.
