Solutions for everyday duty

Crimson Trace lasergrips are now available for the Springfield XDs, both full size and compact models. The grips wrap around the polymer frame and are secured by a locking piece that covers the XD’s beavertail. Shooters benefit from intuitive activation of the rubber-overmold pressure switch at the front strap and the texture that mimics the stock XD’s grip. Grasping the firearm in a typical shooting grip will activate the laser. All components are built into the ergonomic grip including two batteries placed in the palm swell on each side. Expected battery-life with constant activation is 4 hours. The master on/off switch is now on the left-hand side and utilizes a microprocessor touch sensor. The laser diode housing is smaller in size, reducing the lasergrip’s profile. With the XD already in use by many agencies, these lasergrips are a welcomed accessory.
