Diamond Fingers Do All the Work

As everyone that reads this column knows, the number one reason new sharpening products are put on the market is to correct the fact the average person has a hard time holding a constant angle on a benchstone. While most of these gadgets work to one degree or another, many are either too complicated or too bulky for field use. Light and simple are what make me happiest, and Füri’s new Ozitech Diamond Fingers sharpener meets both these criteria perfectly.

As with the company’s knives, the Ozitech was designed in Australia and is manufactured in China. The Ozitech is basically a simplified version of the company’s earlier “Tech Edge” sharpening system.
