Under the terms of the proposed bill, the person carrying a concealed weapon must have a permit on themselves at all times, ready to be presented to the proper law enforcement officials if they are stopped. Nineteen-year-olds must show proof of active duty service or honorable discharge from the military or national guard.
The bill, which is called HB 2103, was first introduced by Rep. Kelly Townsend (R-Arizona).
