It’s becoming increasingly more common for gun owners to teach their children how to shoot at an early age, so that they learn proper techniques and safety. Buck Holly, co-owner of C&H Precision Weapons, recently took his 4-year-old daughter Noah to the range, and the results were impressive.
Shooting “daddy’s new 2017 PRS Tac Rifle using 77gr .223 from PRIME Ammunition,” as Buck posted on Facebook, Noah cranked out four shots from 100 yards and didn’t miss a single one.
The video quickly went viral after Buck posted it to Facebook, and with that virality came a number of critics, who felt Noah was too young to be shooting the rifle.
“I would invite each and every one of [my critics] to come to the range with me and my family and participate in it. See how things really happen,” Buck told the Daily Mail. “They got to see a 30-second snippet of a little girl shooting. What they don’t see is the preparation that goes into it. They don’t see her asking and begging for more ammo. So I would tell my critics, feel free to criticize me. That’s our lifestyle. But before you criticize, come and try it and experience it for yourself.”
