Police officers from the Pacific Northwest, California, Idaho and Canada came to Portland to attend the memorial service for Robert Libke on Thursday. Libke, 41, died Nov. 4, one day after he was shot as he responded to a house fire. His killer, 88-year-old Lawrence Cambra, killed himself after a SWAT unit opened fire on him.
