“The donation was truly a blessing and came at a perfect time in our development of the CIC Neighborhood,” Ken Hair, CIC president and CEO, said. “We provide a home to about 100 children every year, and most are behind (academically) in school.
“This donation will be an enormous help with our tutoring and educational programs to get our kids back on track.”
As the Crestview Bulletin reports, the CIC Neighborhood provides housing and shelter for children removed from unsafe environments.
