We at Tactical-Life.com are deeply saddened and horrified by the cold-blooded assassination of Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, two of the New York Police Department‘s finest, on Dec. 20 in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. These NYPD heroes were targeted for the uniform they proudly wore while doing the job they loved and protecting the greater New York community.
This year has seen a shocking 23-percent increase in U.S. law enforcement fatalities, so every day Officers Ramos and Liu stood between the public and the criminals who threaten us all was another day that they risked their lives for our safety. We are forever grateful for their service.
The staff at Tactical-Life.com extends our heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu. This tragic event is an especially terrible loss for the fallen officers’ wives, children and loved ones, and we grieve with them in the wake of this tragedy.
