Corporal Juan Dominguez lost his right arm and both legs when he stepped on a bomb last year in Afghanistan.

Proceeds from the concert will go to build Dominguez a new home, custom made for his needs.

Sinise teamed up with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation to help build homes for America’s most wounded. The organization has helped build 11 homes all around the country.
