MONTGOMERY, Alabama- Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced Wednesday the possibility of additional changes to weapons programs not only in the 2010 fiscal defense budget, but also in the 2011 budget plans.  The additional cuts to the 2011 budget follows a review of defense programs that is produced every four years.  The review’s findings may lead to the possible monetary restrictions of weapons programs for the next two years.
