BAGHDAD – The Iraqi cabinet has approved the military pact that requires a full withdrawal of all U.S. troops by the end of 2011, with efforts beginning June 2009.  Within hours of the decision, a car bomb exploded at a police checkpoint in Iraq’s Diyala province that killed at least 15 people- the latest in a string of daily attacks targeting Iraqi security forces.
