WASHINGTON – The Obama administration may put an end to the color-coded terrorism advisory system, which assigns five different colors to terror risk levels. While it is unlikely for the administration to cancel an alert system altogether, an administration official explained that everything is up for consideration in a new review that has this and many other security plans on the table.
