WASHINGTON— Training and equipping Pakistan’s military to ward off their own national security threats is at the top of the Obama Administration’s overseas security list.  The administration plans to seek as much as $3 billion over the next five years and is also considering sending 10,000 more troops to snuff out Taliban operations in Afghanistan, defense officials said Wednesday.
