The CZ 457 VPT MTR got a match-grade chamber upgrade.

Rimfire competition continues to gain popularity. And many diehard long-range shooters already use rimfires in their training regimen. For those looking for even more accuracy in a rimfire platform, the new CZ 457 VPT MTR delivers.

The 457 VPT (Varmint Precision Trainer) already gained popularity. Now CZ adds a match-grade MTR chamber, and its extremely tight tolerances, to make the platform even better.

The MTR version enables shooters to run an affordable, match-grade rifle straight from the box. The package eliminates the need to upgrade any major component, cutting costs.

The 457 VPT MTR comes with a cold hammer-forged, lapped 16.2-inch barrel. It sports 1/2×28 threads for a suppressor or muzzle device. The action comes mounted in a Manners carbon-fiber stock, featuring orange accents with its camo color scheme. A fully adjustable trigger, five-round detachable magazine and 11mm dovetails for scope mounting round out the package.

The 457 VPT MTR retails for $1,449. For even more info, please visit
