Wilson Combat is kicking off the fall season in a big way with the arrival of its new Hunter AR rifle series.

Touted in the press release as the “lightest large bore AR’s on the market,” the Wilson Combat Hunter lineup includes three models of varying weights and features chambered in calibers like 6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Remington, 7mm08 Remington, .308 Winchester, .338 Federal and .358 Winchester. The company says these rifles are guaranteed to shoot sub one-inch, three-shot groups at 100 yards.

Similar to the Berryville, Ark.-based company’s other AR-pattern rifles, these Wilson Combat Hunter models feature the company’s in-house button-rifled, stainless match grade barrels in varying lengths. Also included are low-mass bolt carriers, along with a  tuneable Wilson/SLR click-adjustable gas block.

First up is the Ultimate Hunter. Weighing in at seven pounds and five ounces, this rifle is available in .308 Winchester, .338 Federal, .358 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor. The MSRP is $3,345. Here’s what Wilson Combat says about it in the press release.

Next is the Tactical Hunter rifle, which weighs seven pounds and eleven ounces. It’s available in 7mm-08 Remington, .308 Winchester, .338 Federal, 6.5 Creedmoor and .260 Remington. The MSRP here is $3,145 for the non-fluted version, while the fluted version retails for $3,195. More on this model below:
