Faxon Match Series Barrels for S&W M&P Shield Pistols
Faxon manufactures its Match Series Barrels from raw bar stock. The company claims the component delivers premium accuracy, fit and finish. The drop-in part features the company’s signature “Faxon X” logo on the top of the hood. Layered pocketing and caliber information remains visible through the ejection port.
Faxon makes both non-threaded and threaded variants to accommodate accessories or suppressors. Each comes with straight fluting and accommodates M&P Shield 1.0, 2.0 and the new Shield Plus. All barrels come with one of three different finish options. Finish options include Salt Bath Nitride (Black), TiN PVD (Gold) and Chameleon PVD.
Professional, duty and defensive gear owns a long history of borrowing from competition. From secondary optics to longer rails on rifles, competitor gear and styles often gravitate into defensive use. A good match-grade barrel provides significant upgrade to your personal protection arm. Better accuracy inspires confidence, and backed by training, that’s a winning recipe.
