The new ECI is designed to fit most AR -10 Modern Sporting Rifles (MSR) and clones accepting .308 caliber and 7.62mm ammunition.
Made of 100 percent ultra-durable silicone, the .308/7.62mm Empty Chamber Indicator provides instant recognition that a firearm is safe by indicating a fully open action to surrounding shooters, personnel and observers. Not only does it enhance the safety of the shooter by aiding against accidental closings of the action, the ECI also helps preserve firearm performance by preventing elements from contaminating the ejector port, magazine and barrel.
The .308/7.62mm Empty Chamber Indicator is compatible with Chamber-View Fast-Pull Tags, which allow for quick and easy removal of the ECI from the ejection port of a firearm. Fast-Pull Tags not only provide increased visibility, but also have an inscribable back side that allows for customization and identification.
The .308/7.62mm ECI is also compatible with Chamber-View’s all new silicone Modular Barrel Extension option (coming soon). This new option will provide complete safety from chamber to muzzle.
With its long service life, the Empty Chamber Indicator is minimally affected by weather extremes. It is also flexible and resilient across a wide range of temperatures and will not melt or deform in a hot barrel.
Designed to be finger friendly with an enhanced comfort and feel in mind, the .308/7.62mm ECI won’t scratch surfaces and has excellent sealing properties against environmental elements.
