When Thomas Carey founded Minuteman watches, he had one idea in mind: helping veterans.
Carey decided to design a military watch that would not only function above and beyond a normal watch, but could also help the servicemen and women he had a soft spot for.
For every Minuteman watch sold, 25 percent of the profit will go to a charity that assists veterans and their families. Proceeds from the first production will go to The Gary Sinise Foundation.
The current collection of Minuteman watches includes the MM01 DLC, MM01 PVD, MM02 DLC (Liberty), MM02 PVD (Liberty), MM03 DLC and the MM04 DLC.
Minuteman carefully crafts each watch it produces, like the MMO1 DLC.
The MM01 DLC features a stainless steel Diamondblack DLC coated case and crown by Ionbond, based out of Greensboro, N.C.
Also included in the MM01 DLC is a stainless steel case back, a sapphire crystal with A/R coating on the inside of the crystal, two high quality Nato straps, and luminous hands and a dial.
The Minuteman watch collection ranges from $399 to $499.
