ThinkGeek Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie worn
The ThinkGeek Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie.

Neckties are a dime a dozen … unless they have a tactical laser implemented somewhere on them.

Leave it to a group of geeks — ThinkGeek, to be exact — to develop a Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie.

Just in time for Father’s Day, this necktie is guaranteed to give the man who wears it a “tactical advantage.”

The Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie is 3.5 inches wide at its widest and 57 inches long.

As far as tactical attachments go, the Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie includes a MOLLE attachment system with an integrated plastic D-loop that allows for numerous insertions, including whiteboard markers or a first aid kit. The tie also features a removable pouch with a quick-release buckle flap.

There is a second removable pouch on the necktie, and this is where the built-in, red Class II laser can be found. The laser runs on three 1.5V LR44 button cells, which are included with the tie.

ThinkGeek’s Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie is machine washable on cold. When drying, the dryer should be set to tumble dry low or drip dry. The user must remove all pouches, including the laser, before laundering.

The Laser-Guided Tactical Necktie has an MSRP of $29.99.
