Action Target has announced the release of their Rimfire Tactical Hostage steel target, as well as the Rimfire Tactical Torso and Rimfire Bullseye target, brand new for 2014. Scroll down to watch a video showcasing these unique new targets by Action Target.
The new Rimfire Tactical Hostage by Action Target is a durable target which allows the shooter to train for multiple tactical scenarios and vary his/her drills by utilizing two separate hit zones. The target is made from 1/4″ AR500 armor steel and has two reactive hit zones. The circular swinging head plate — which simulates the hostile in a hostage situation and is easily installable without tools — has a 4″ diameter, while the center hit zone measures 4.5″ H by 3.5″ W. This target is designed for use .22 rimfire ammunition. MSRP for this product is $195. MSRP for the Rimfire Tactical Torso, which does not include the swinging head plate, is $189.
The Rimfire Bullseye challenges shooters by providing a target within a target. In the center of the 12″ circular head plate is a 4″ reactive hit zone designed to test accuracy. This target has a collapsible base and a carrying handle, making it extremely portable. Similar to the Tactical Hostage and Tactical Torso, it is designed for use with .22 rimfire ammo. MSRP for the Rimfire Bullseye is $179.
