A cop relies far more heavily on his pen than the gun, or any other tactical gear, so a sturdy, reliable instrument capable of alternate use in self-defense is most appropriate.
Rick Hinderer Extreme Duty Pen
Knife maker Rick Hinderer first brought us his modular Extreme Duty pen in titanium. Rick pondered the idea that the design might be made even better by constructing the instrument from aluminum, thus lightening the pen and reducing the cost of manufacture, and hence, the cost to the consumer.
