Premier Body Armor Discreet Plate Carrier
Extremely lightweight, thin, and feature-rich, the Discreet Plate Carrier is designed with executive protection in mind. However, providing rifle-rated protection, it will accommodate all 10×12 plates, including SAPI/ESAPI, Shooter, and Swimmer’s cuts. This includes Level III or Level IV plates from companies like AR500 or Spartan Armor. However, the plates must be thinner than 1 inch for an optimal fit.
Virtually invisible under a button-down shirt or jacket, the Discreet Plate Carrier is completely concealable. Additionally, the fully adjustable cummerbund includes pouches for full-size PMAGs, comms, medical equipment, etc.
However, if things go sideways and operational requirements change, the front plate pocket features a full-field loop Velcro cover and a single vertical load-bearing MOLLE strip on each side. As a result, you can quickly attach G-Hook-based pouches, like Premier Body Armor’s MAAP pouch. Likewise, the rear plate pocket also includes a full-field loop cover for additional gear.
Designed for comfort as well as function, the plate carrier features an inner mesh liner for breathability. In addition, diagonally articulating shoulder straps help bear the load comfortably for extended wear. Finally, the elastic cummerbund is fully adjustable and comes in a one-size-fits-most size.
