The Colt Anaconda 44 Mag Gets the SK Customs Treatment

Known for exquisite custom firearms, SK Customs has a new series representing the world’s most deadly predators, called The Untamed. Kicking off the new series is the widely popular Colt Anaconda 44 Mag, with 6-inch barrel, appropriately titled Untamed Anaconda. Like all SK Customs series, the Untamed Anaconda is a limited-edition run. Specifically, 200 revolvers in this case.

Found in the rainforests of South America the Anaconda is a formidable predator. With an average length of 25 feet, it is one of the world’s largest reptiles. The Anaconda devours its prey by wrapping itself around its meal, crushing the skeletal system, and swallowing it whole. In an effort to pay homage to this leviathan, SK Customs selected an equally impressive figure—the Colt Anaconda revolver with 6-inch barrel chambered in .44 Magnum.

Featuring an all-chrome mirrored finish, the Anaconda is detailed in full coverage of the Anaconda’s endoskeleton. According to the company, this is a design never before seen on any Colt Snake gun until the Untamed Anaconda. Like an actual Anaconda, the endoskeleton design engulfs the entire revolver in beautiful detail.

Adding to the highly polished, clean presentation of the revolver are white Kirinite grips. Like the rest of the gun, the grips feature an engraving of an Anaconda’s partially prehensile endoskeleton tail. However, the original rubber grips also come with the package, for those who prefer the original feel in hand.

As stated previously, there are only 200 of these revolvers in production. Correspondingly, each pistol comes with the serial number stamped on the frame, just under the cylinder.
