Commander Mark Divine (Ret.), a former SEAL and member of SEAL teams 1 and 3, designed SEALFIT to fill in the gaps of traditional physical training that often led well-intentioned candidates to frustration or failure when attempting to complete Navy BUD/S or Army Special Forces Selection.
