Los Angeles, Calif.–  A fourteen year old boy is the lone survivor of a family murder-suicide that occured in Yorba Linda, Calif. Sunday.  At approximately 11 p.m. Sunday night, the 14-year-old dialed 911 to report that he and his brother had been shot by his father.  When police arrived at the apartment across from the Richard Nixon Library, the body of a woman lay on the doorstep and the bodies of a 5-year-old boy and two girls, ages 8 and 9 were found inside. Officers also found the body of a man with a shotgun beneath him.  Investigators will begin questioning the surviving teenager, who is too sedated due to his recovery from surgery for a gunshot wound to his torso.  The earliest police will be able to question him is Monday. “At this point, he’s the only surviving eyewitness,” said Lt. Jack Conklin of the Brea Police Department. For details, click here and return back to comment.
