American intelligence agencies have operated with secretive behavior for so long, earning them a reputation of being closed-off while the American public criticizes them of depriving a democracy with the knowledge behind their operations.  This has caused Donald Kerr, the No. 2 official in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, to want to pull back the curtain of secrecy of intelligence agencies and show the public what these agencies do and how they do them.  For details, click here and return back to comment about what you think of a possible “open relationship” between the public its intelligence agencies.
