A Baltimore judicial official is distributing disposable cameras to help city residents shoot back at criminals with film.
While the idea of using cameras to control crime isn’t new — police use cameras on their car dashboards, and cameras are posted high above many corners in Baltimore City — but Baltimore City Circuit Court Clerk Frank Conaway is taking the idea to the grassroots level.
Conaway passed out 500 disposable cameras and instructions Thursday in several high-crime areas in the city.
