President Bush vetoed the bill that would ban waterboarding as an interrogation tactic Saturday, saying the tactic has helped foil terrorist attacks in the past.  The bill would have limited the tactics used by the CIA to 19, which are used by the military and outlined in the Army Field Manual.  For details on this, click here and return back to comment.
